Our hats are of standard size, and stretch ever so slightly for maximum comfort. (Sizing Tip: If you want a looser fit, consider going one size larger if you fall in the middle or near the end of a size range. If you want an athletic snug fit that’s not too tight, then go one size smaller if you fall in the middle or near the end of the size range.)

Worst case you can always guess, and give it as a gift, and get yourself another one! ;D

Shipping is FREE, and it includes USPS tracking!

We’re going to get your order processed within a business day, and get your box to you in a few days or less. Right after your shipment is complete, the tracking number will be sent to the email you use during checkout. (We ship in an appropriate sized box – not one 10x larger than is needed.)

At this time, we source the finest raw hats New Era® has to offer, and do not manufacture the imported blank. Our embroidery, quality controls, packaging, fulfillment and all other aspects of our company originate in New York using American labor and American materials. All other aspects of Official USA Hats™ take place in the USA. New Era® is based out of Buffalo, New York.

Each shipment is checked and double-checked completeness and accuracy, and for your hats to make it to shipment, means they went through a minimum of FOUR Quality Control checkpoints – white gloves – the whole nine yards! A lot of love and work goes into each order to ensure you open that box to pure American hat joy!
